Services We Provide
Emergency financial assistance
Operation HELP provides emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities and car repairs. Applicants must:
- be a resident of St. Croix County or the River Falls School District if in Pierce County, and
- have some form of income (including part-time employment, SSDI, workers compensation).
Car repair assistance may be available if you are homeless and living in St. Croix County or River Falls School District and have some type income. Assistance is available once in a twelve month period and three times in total.

We also offer referrals, information about other service agencies, as well as the following:
Vouchers
- Gas – you must have a valid drivers license and show proof of your St. Croix county address. Available once every 90 days.
- Laundry – available to St. Croix County residents once each 30 days.
Emergency food, toiletries and undergarments – a limited supply of food, toiletries and undergarments are generally available at our Resource Center. Visitors are welcome to take toiletries and undergarments once every 30 days.
Referrals to other agencies – volunteers who staff our Resource Center are ready to assist clients who need help from other agencies.
