Make a Cash Donation

Operation HELP is a volunteer driven organization. If you make a cash donation over 95% of every dollar you donate will go directly toward assistance for our clients. Operation HELP is a 501(c)(3) so all donations are tax deductible.

Make a Donation of Supplies

Operation HELP accepts donations of new underwear, socks, gloves and mittens for adults and children, as well as diapers and pull-ups. We also accept donations of unopened toiletries including soap, shampoo/conditioner, shaving needs, deodorant, toothbrushes/toothpaste, dental floss, toilet tissue, feminine products, moisturizing lotion, etc. Click here for information about conducting a group charity collection drive for Operation HELP.

Be a Resource Center volunteer (click here to learn more)

Staff the office 6 or more hours per month assisting visitors with their needs on a one-to-one basis and answering phones.

Sometimes we donate to a charity so we can keep our hands clean and have others do the actual work. I’ve discovered many blessings while getting my hands dirty, volunteering for Operation Help.

I believe we are defined by our actions. That’s why it’s important for me to get out of my comfort zone and try to make life a little better for those reaching out for help. Operation Help gives me that opportunity right here in our community. Not only is volunteering a meaningful use of my time, but it gives me a much broader perspective of people and life in general beyond my cushy upper middle-class existence.
