Help through temporary financial emergencies
A sudden bill or a missed paycheck can put a family at risk of losing their home or their way to work. Operation HELP provides emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, or car repairs so a temporary setback does not become a lasting crisis.
A case manager will work with you directly, with dignity and without judgment.
Help keeping a roof overhead when rent is at risk.
Support to keep the power, heat, and water on.
Help staying on the road so you can keep working and get you and your family where you need to go.
- Residents of St. Croix County, or the River Falls School District in Pierce County.
- Some form of income other than Child Support, including part-time work, SSI or SSDI, unemployment, or workers compensation.
- Available once in a twelve month period, and up to three times in total.
- Must have lived in your current residence for at least 60 days.
Car repair assistance may be available if you are homeless and living in St. Croix County or the River Falls School District and have some type of income. A case manager will review your situation.
