Christmas for Kids
Every child deserves a happy holiday
For more than 30 years, Operation HELP’s Christmas for Kids Campaign has been bringing together sponsors, businesses, churches, and dozens of volunteers to help make every Christmas a merry one for children in the Hudson School District who might otherwise go without. Operation HELP coordinates the campaign, linking families in need with generous sponsors who provide gifts and other items for families.
Last year, the program provided gifts for 547 children in 227 families, thanks entirely to the community that shows up every December.
Both recipient families and sponsors sign up online during the fall registration window.
If you reside in the Hudson School District and your family could use a little help this season, sign up online to be matched with a sponsor. Registration dates for recipients are Oct. 19–Nov. 13.

Become a sponsor (Opens Oct. 19th) → (during the registration period shown below)Registration for recipient families opens in mid-October and runs through mid-November. Sponsor registration begins in mid-October, and volunteer registration opens in November. Both remain open until they are filled.
Registration: October 19 to November 13, online for both families and sponsors
Gift drop-off: Monday December 7 and Tuesday December 8, 10 am to 7 pm, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church
Gift distribution: Thursday December 10, 1 pm to 6 pm
