Services We Provide

Emergency financial assistance

Operation HELP provides emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities and car repairs.  You must be a resident of St. Croix County and  have some form of income (including part-time employment, SSDI, workers compensation).  Assistance is available once in a twelve month period and three times in total.

VOUCHERS

Gas  – you must have a valid drivers license and show proof of your St. Croix county address.  Gas vouchers are issued once each 90 days and no more than six total.

Laundry, Farmers Market –available to St. Croix County residents once each 30 days.

VeggiesEmergency food, toiletries and undergarments – a limited supply of food, toiletries and undergarments are generally available at our Resource Center.   Visitors are welcome to take toiletries and undergarments once every 90 days.

Use of computers and fax machine – our Resource Center has two computers available for guest use when we are open.  Guests may also send fax documents from our Resource Center.

Referrals to other agencies – volunteers who staff our Resource Center are ready to assist clients who need help from other agencies.

IMG_0323At our resource center clients may come for referrals, information about other service agencies, vouchers (gas, Farmers Market, laundry), toiletries and undergarments (when available).

Toiletries and undergarments – a limited supply of toiletries and undergarments are generally available clients who come to the Resource Center.  Clients are eligible to take toiletries and undergarments once every 90 days.

Use of computers and fax machine – our Resource Center has two computers available for client use during our hours of operation (Mon – Fri 10:00am to 1:00pm and Thursday evening 5:00pm – 6:30pm).  Our clients can also send fax documents from our Resource Center.

Referrals to other agencies – volunteers who staff our Resource Center are ready to assist clients who need help from other agencies.
